Today proved more then ever that world class palyers really do make a difference. And in short that's what seperates the top 4 club in the English Premier League from the rest. First there was Cesc Fabregas with his brief cameo against Aston Villa. Two goals scored in the space of 20 odd minutes and Arsenal end up winning the game 3 nil. Then there's Wayne Rooney; at fault for Hulls equaliser but he got his act together and played a part in both goals leading to a 1-3 Manchester United win. It remains to be seen whether clubs like Aston Villa, Everton, Fulham and Manchester City can attract the REAL big names because until then it'll be the same ol' names winning leagues and picking up trophies.

'I lost my heart have you seen it?' ART EXHIBITION by Suzannah Pettigrew @ WAH! Nails!
my friend and original Nike 1948 crew member Suzannah Pettigrew held her first solo art exhibition @ WAH! Nails last week and it was a huge success. it was my first time seeing any of her artwork in person i was really surprised by how good it was. my favourite being some of the smaller prints/collages. if not for the free rum and RedBull reeking havoc on my brain i would have taken some pictures of her stuff, but the exhibition is on till the 12th of January so if youre in the area pop down and have look for yourself. i think i may have to pull out the brush & paint sooner rather then later, i feel inspired!

URSUS BAPE 2nd collection!
ever since TET took creative control of BAPE's sub brand URSUS we've seen alot of good solid releases. the kinda product that reminds me of what once made BAPE great. im not to sure who photographed/styled this shoot but i really like the energy and attitude in it. its kinda counter-hype and rebellious (with the model spitting water allover the place and sitting in a bin) attributes that you could correlate with early w)taps. My pick of the bunch from this collection is the camo field shirt, the nautical inspired border sweat and the denim, although you cant see much of it, but it does look like a good wash. An honourable mention could be made for the cropped pants, but im afraid ill end up looking like im wearing a pair of pedal pushers, ha. its just a shame the YEN is soo strong right now as i probably would have picked up a few things via proxy.
